On Sunday, July 30th from 3-5:30 p.m. we will hold our annual Scavenger Hunt & Cookout. This is the FINAL pre-season event for the 2023 runners. We invite all MXC runners and their families to a cookout immediately following the Scavenger Hunt. Our grill master - Steve Howell, will have his humongous grill fired up and cooking burgers for our main course and we ask that each family select a potluck item to bring. We also could use help during the cookout. If a parent signs up this will count towards the season volunteer time.

This gives all of our new parents an opportunity to see what a cross country meet is like and how it is scored. BTW: ALL MXC families are required to have at least 1 parent volunteer to work at Time Trials! Don't be worried if you aren't sure what you'd like to do or even aren't sure what volunteering at an XC meet entails. We have a variety of volunteer options available and please be flexible as we may need to shift people around to ensure everyone can see their athlete race.
